This pic was taken at Lowry Park Zoo in Tampa, Florida. Poor guy looked like he was on his way out. The bad thing is, WAY too many of the fish in this exhibit had finrot and/or bad fin damage as well as HITH and various mouth wounds from fighting. The exhibit contained dozens of Blue Talapia, dozens of Red Devils, dozens of Mayan Cichlids, about a dozen huge Pacus, a couple of RTCs, at least one 3' Arowana, at least one 3' Gar, at least two +3' Tarpons, several +2' channel Catfish, several Jags, at least two Giant River Turtles, several Manatees, and various other fish. For its size, the tank was a
little overstocked IMO. The focus of the exhibit was the Manatees or course, so the fish are apparently not cared for the way they should be. ;o(
